WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive atleast 15 minutes before your appointments to complete any necessary forms. All information is confidential and will only be used to provide you with the finest experience.

PAYMENT
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Gift certificates are available.

TRANQUILITY IS OUR GOAL
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that all cellular phones and pagers be silenced and not used during your visit. Please keep your conversation at a low volume. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A twenty-four hour notice is needed for all cancellations. No shows or cancellations without notice will require full payment for service. Late arrivals may require shortened service with a payment in full. We respectfully request that you honor our cancellation policy for the convenience and consideration of all our clients and staff. We require 50% deposit to reserve larger packages and / or group services including Bridal packages.

REGARDING CHILDREN
An adult must accompany children under the age of 16 at all times. Please use discretion when bringing children to your appointment. They should be old enough to entertain themselves quietly as not to disrupt other Guests in the waiting area. A parent must accompany children to their hair services. Minors may receive spa treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the room and have a signed waiver. Thank you for your cooperation!
